What is it?
The LandCruiser 300 is Toyota's full-size body-on-frame flagship 4WD, replacing the 200 Series in 2021. TNGA-F ladder platform, full-time 4WD with low-range and locking diffs, V6 twin-turbo diesel across the range or the 341 kW i-FORCE MAX performance hybrid on GR Sport and Sahara ZX.
The lineup runs from GX V6 TD at $99,270 plus on-roads, through to Sahara ZX Performance Hybrid at $156,810 plus on-roads. Warranty cover sits at 5 years, unlimited km.

- You want eight seats or a longer warranty (Y63 Nissan Patrol, deliveries early 2027), a cheaper diesel seven-seater (GWM Tank 500 diesel), or you can step down to a 250 Series Prado for $30k less.
- Toyota only quotes postcode-based drive-away pricing online, so budget $11,000 to $14,000 over list depending on state. Diesel GXL is the sensible buy, the performance hybrid is a $9,000 premium for 114 kW more.
