99 Bikes cuts e-bike prices by up to 44 percent in end of season sale

99 Bikes, the national bike chain owned by Super Retail Group, is running an end of season sale with some of its biggest e-bike discounts of the year. The sale is live on the 99 Bikes website now and covers both the retailer's in house Pedal label and its Cube range.

What is discounted

The steepest cuts are on the Pedal Bandit 20 inch E6 fat tyre e-bike, down 44 percent from $2,699 to $1,499, and the Pedal Lynx 3C electric hardtail, down 42 percent from $3,499 to $1,999. The Pedal Brewer electric cruiser is down 35 percent to $1,677. On the Cube side, the Touring Hybrid ONE Easy Entry 600 is discounted 40 percent to $2,999, and the higher spec Stereo Hybrid ONE77 HPC Race 800 is down 37 percent to $4,999, with several other Cube Stereo and Touring Hybrid models also reduced.

How long it will last

99 Bikes has not listed an end date for the sale on its own site, so prices could change without notice. Shoppers close to a decision should not assume current pricing will hold, since retailer clearance sales in Australia typically run for a set number of weeks rather than indefinitely.
