Norco brings back the Team DH with a new six link frame, from $8,999 in Australia

Norco launched the new Team DH on 25 September 2026, a downhill race bike that the brand says took five years of development. It is a fresh frame with an alloy front triangle and a carbon rear end, 200mm of travel and a mixed wheel setup with a 29 inch front and 27.5 inch rear. Norco lists a claimed weight of 19kg for a size S3 complete bike.

What is new on the frame

The bike uses a six link suspension layout that Norco calls HPV6. Norco says the design was developed with input from World Cup racers including Greg Minnaar, Danny Hart and Gracey Hemstreet. There are five sizes (S1 to S5) with size specific chainstays, and the reach can be adjusted in three positions for 10mm of total change. The frameset is claimed to weigh about 5kg in size S3.

Australian pricing

Flow Mountain Bike reports two options in Australia. The complete Team DH 2 RockShox build is $8,999, with a SRAM GX DH 1x7 drivetrain and a RockShox BoXXer Select fork. The frameset alone is $6,199 and includes a Fox Factory DHX2 shock.

What it means for buyers

This is a race focused downhill machine, so it suits riders who spend their days at shuttle or lift access parks, not trail riders wanting one bike that also pedals uphill.
